We understand that there may be circumstances in which you may need to request a refund for a job package purchased on our job board. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing such requests.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Job Posting Removal: If you have purchased a job package and wish to remove a job posting before it is published, you may be eligible for a refund. The amount eligible for refund will depend on the specific terms of your job package.

1.2 Posting Errors: If you encounter any technical issues or errors that prevent your job posting from being published correctly, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

1.3 Unsatisfactory Results: If you are dissatisfied with the results of your job posting and feel that it did not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the terms described in section 3.

2. Refund Request Procedure

2.1 Contact Customer Support: To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support team within five (5) business days from the date of purchase or from the issue occurring, as described in section 1. Be prepared to provide details about your job posting, the issue encountered, and any relevant supporting documentation.

2.2 Investigation: Our team will investigate your request and work to resolve the issue promptly. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the specific circumstances.

3. Refund Terms

3.1 Job Posting Removal: If you request a refund for a job package due to job posting removal before publication, the refund amount will be determined based on the number of days remaining before the posting was scheduled to go live. A processing fee may apply.

3.2 Posting Errors: If you request a refund due to technical errors that prevent proper job posting, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the nature and severity of the issue.

3.3 Unsatisfactory Results: If you are dissatisfied with the results of your job posting, a refund may be issued only if it can be demonstrated that the job board’s service did not meet the standards or promises outlined at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

4.2 Timing: Refunds will be processed within [X] business days of approval.

5. No Refund in Certain Circumstances

We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:

5.1  Violation of Terms: If your job posting violates our Terms of Service or Posting Guidelines, no refund will be issued.

5.2  Expired Job Packages: Refunds will not be provided for job packages that have reached their expiration date.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
